She initially learned the flute with Billy Dunwoody in the 39th Old Boys Flute Ensemble and, after studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scot<\/i><\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1980\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1979\"><i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1978\">land (formerly RSAMD) <\/i><\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1980\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1979\"><i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1978\">and Guildhall School of <\/i><\/span><\/span><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1980\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1979\"><i id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1424857236031_1978\">Music &amp; Drama in London, has gone on to form a busy and varied career performing internationally.
